Moorview Property was established in 2010 by Mo Haykir and James Yorke in Plymouth, UK.

Since then, both the team and the property portfolio has grown through the acquisition and refurbishment of old, dilapidated and often listed property around the city; transforming it in to highly desirable, high quality homes for students and young professionals.

 

The team now comprises professionals with expertise in construction, financial management, maintenance, lettings and project management. It also includes Vandrew, our dedicated in-house maintenance van.

Mo Haykir | Director

Mo is a graduate in Business Economics with Accounting. In addition to being a co-founder of Moorview Property, Mo is an experienced change professional, with experience delivering large regulatory change initiatives in to some of the biggest banks in the UK.

James Yorke | Director

James is a graduate in Construction Management and the Environment. In addition to being a co-founder of Moorview Property, James is an experienced construction manager, with experience delivering large commercial developments for an international property developer. Projects include residential new builds, pub conversions and large retail schemes.
