Moorview Property is a small but growing company, and we take pride in creating an environment in which people enjoy working.
We bought our first property in Plymouth in 2010 and have grown the portfolio since, generally looking out for property in need of refurbishment and undertaking the work to a high standard, making them great places to live once again.
We work closely and collaboratively with Plymouth City Council on our planning applications and also ensure our homes meet the requirements for Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO).
We have built up a small team to work with, including investors, mortgage brokers, solicitors, architects, estate agents and trade professionals which has allowed us to scale the business since formally incorporating in 2015.
Murat is a graduate in Business Economics with Accounting. In addition to being a co-founder of Moorview Property, Murat is an experienced change professional, with experience delivering large regulatory change initiatives in to some of the biggest banks in the UK.
James is a graduate in Construction Management and the Environment. In addition to being a co-founder of Moorview Property, James is an experienced construction manager, with experience delivering large commercial developments for an international property developer. Projects include residential new builds, pub conversions and large retail schemes.
David works with Moorview Property on a part time basis as a consultant Finance Director, bringing with him considerable financial experience gained through an early career at KPMG and then through several FD/CFO roles in both listed and private equity backed companies. David’s primary focus is to work with Murat and James to shape and deliver Moorview’s strategy and drive ambitious, but sustainable growth.
Jennifer manages the lettings business and ensures rooms are filled, rents are paid, maintenance issues are addressed, and our tenants are happy with the standard of accommodation and level of service we are providing.
Jeff assists the rest of the Moorview Property team with regular administrative tasks and ad-hoc communications and research.
Andrew Allen | Maintenance Manager
Andrew is a qualified electrician and Moorview Property’s Maintenance Manager. When not attending to emergency maintenance call outs, Andrew can be found completing routine scheduled maintenance across the HMO and Serviced Accommodation portfolio.
Laura’s primary responsibility is managing our growing Serviced Accommodation business, but she also assists with our HMOs and Commercial Conversion projects.
Gemma is an experienced bookkeeper and manages the financial processes within the business and produces management reports for the Directors.
Dom’s primary role is to source HMOs for Moorview and our clients, but he is also responsible for systemisation of the business, working with each team member to ensure their business area is systemised and has processes and procedures in place.
Jo was an experienced Commercial Manager in the Retail Industry with a wide variety of skills who now provides day to day administrative support for the Directors and the whole Moorview team.
Tom is an experienced Development Manager who is responsible for the successful construction delivery of Moorview HMO refurbishment projects. Tom takes control of sub-contractor procurement, health and safety and maintaining the highest quality standards expected on Moorview properties.

Livy is an experienced bookkeeper who provides support to Gemma and the directors for the everyday running of the business.
